Returns Policy & Shipping Times
Shipping Times:
In order to deliver a wide variety of products, shipping times vary. We ship from multiple warehouses. Once your order is placed, processing your order begins immediately. Due to the use of multiple warehouses items are shipped within two to five business days.
Returns Policy:
You have 7 days from the time your item is delivered to send back your item for an exchange or a store credit. All items must be mailed and time stamped at the post office within the allotted 7 day time frame in order for So Chic Boutique to accept your return.
If your returned item is sold out, you will be given a store credit. Our products have measurements in the descriptions. Take your measurements prior to your purchase to ensure proper fit. Note the stretch of an item. Items with slight or no stretch fit smaller and in general, therefore, it is recommended you size up.
We have several warehouses. In order to ensure proper credit for your return, please email us at sochicboutiqueltd@gmail.com prior to sending a return. We will then provide you the proper address for your return.
Please include the following in your return:
•Name
•Order Number
•Reason for return*
*Please note: If your item is damaged please contact us via email and let us know. We will reimburse your shipping costs for damaged items only via PayPal, Zelle or Venmo.
Returned items must be unworn (other than trying it on), unwashed, scent and stain free, free of pet hair and have no damage. The tags must still be attached, if applicable.
Clothes that are on sale, sold in holiday collections, intimates or swimwear are non returnable. Please read size charts, watch fit guides as provided and ask questions about fit prior to purchase.
All sales on quilts, quilt racks and beauty products are final.
